Vintage Racing Overseas

Hi all!

Yesterday I were at the racetrack shooting some pics. The race was the second round of the Madrid Regionals (Spain) for Vets, Amateurs, 85cc and Old School Racing.
The old School class is a mix of twin shock, before-84 and before 1990 (EVO class), which fullfilled the starting gate racing all together at the same time. The class is growing up slowly but following right steps, and we´ve seen new people racing in every race. Actually I´m looking for a ride in order to join the group as soon as possible.

Here you can see some pics of the day, I just brought the 50mm cose I´m selling the 70-300, but worked quite good I think...

Thanks guys!

JT, I don´t really know if you have any classic racing down in Andalucia... As I do know there are vintage racing just in Madrid and Castilla Leon...

PN, Bultaco, Montesa, Puch, Gilera were the brands which riders used to race back in the 70´s 80´s... It´s quite difficult to find japanesse bike from those years in any shape.

heckenzwirn I do have some pictures, but not many more...

Thanks for the post, McCrash. I really enjoyed it. You did good!

I've never seen the VG Montesa in person. The one in your photos looks almost perfect.
