Just watched the movie and was amazed. The guy just pushes the boundaries of film making. And the scene where DaCaprio smashes his hand down on that glass and accidentally cuts himself and he just kept in character while bleeding all over himself. Shocked

I wonder how many actors in his films went to therapy afterwards. Great flick!

I am fixing to hop on a 4HR flight and just put it on my Ipad, I loved Reservoir Dogs. Hopefully it will uphold the same repute that all his other films have.

I thought it was boring and predictable. Wouldn't watch it again. Tarantino's movies all seem pretty much the same. Personally, I prefer a director that has enough talent to provide a wide variety, yet still consistently create good movies. Kubrick's more talented and innovative, IMHO. I probably won't watch another Tarantino movie.

Django? Did you notice if the guns were incorrect for the time period portrayed in the movie? What about the use of the "N" word before the word existed or was used in its current form?

I loved it.

Would watch again.

Tarantino's movies are always tongue in cheek, hence the music he used in Django.

I couldn't get through Inglorious Bastards because it was just too violent for me to watch. It made me physically ill so if it is anything like that I probably wouldn't want to see it. Having said that I was able to get through Kill Bill 1 and 2 and Pulp Fiction and found them entertaining. Is that weird?

Yes. Very. And not surprising.

Skip Django. The dog attack is enough by itself for you to aVOID it.

If you like good acting than watch it. It's nowhere near as gory as Inglorious Bastards. And don't pay attention to historic accuracy. It's basically a spaghetti western love story with a hint of blazing saddles in one scene. Dog scene was weak IMO. But than again I'm a frequent LiveLeak visitor..

Great movie. Not for people who are racially sensitive, not keen on violence, or after something historically accurate (or physically accurate, i.e. when he shoots Candie's sister).

tarantino is over rated.

He made a few interesting films but has been simply coasting ever since by trying to shock with graphic violence.

Not taking anything from Jamie fox though.

The guy has shown some acting skills.

I haven't seen this yet, but I'm not a big Tarantino fan at all. Like JustMX said, he made a couple interesting films that got cult followings from the "counter-culture" folks (if that's what they still call themselves) but beyond that, I'm never overly impressed with anything passed Kill Bill. Inglorious Bastards is alright, the beginning scene is pretty tense, but I don't love that movie. I haven't seen Pulp Fiction, but I believe I would like it from what I've read. But everything else from him just seems like he's begging for attention, and I never dig that in any person in any profession. I have now contributed my $.02

People say they hate flying, but I like the thought of just relaxing on an airplane and watching a movie or two. As long as I'm not middle aisle middle seat.....

I like Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, and Django quite a bit. Inglorious Bastards wasn't quite what I was expecting, but I enjoyed it.

Don't like the Kill Bill stuff.

Pulp fiction and reservoir dogs were awesome. His new films are good and enjoyable, but not as great.

I have no desire to watch this movie because I lost a lot of respect for Foxx due to his comments he made after this movie. He's a great actor so it's a shame I won't be watching anymore of his movies.

What comments did he make? I'm curious...

The only movies from Tarintino I didn't like was Kill Bill 1&2.Didn't get thru them.Looking forward to unchained.I like the dentist(name slips me right now also played in Inglorious.........love that guy).BUT what bothered me was Fox saying off set...."I kill white people all day..what's not to like?"He went down as an actor big time on my list

I guess racial sensitivity goes both ways.

Calm down bitches, he's a stand up comedian.

I did and the only thing I could come up with was Spike Lee dissing Jamie Foxx n Quinton and Jamie basically commenting "Spikes a dumbass"...

Spike stirring the pot trying to stay relevant from the sounds of it.
