It doesn't sound like JGR will have 2 healthy riders for outdoors, Metty would have been a fantastic opportunity for them.

Team budgets have been set. If Metty gets a ride for one of these teams with a hurt rider it will be for just a bonus structure. I imagine in Canada he's getting a salary and bonuses. Times are thin, you gotta take the best deal you can get. Getting paid to race for the best team up north and maybe get a championship bonus versus racing here for almost nothing.. I know which one I'd pick.

i was there riding that day and they were having a blast .they would both go inside then switch to outside lines.just to buddies having fun .it was great to watch.they were both flying
