I am having trouble getting my brand new rm 250 running right. Its done about 10 hours from brand new and seems to bog a lot in the bottom to mid range (this is stock jetting from brand new). then I brought a v force reed block and put a pc works pipe and muffler on it and went to a 168 main jet and turned air screw 1and half turns out but hasnt realy got much better besides a bit more over rev. Can some one tell me their jetting for 08-07 RM250 with pc works pipe?. Main jet size? pilot jet? needle position? etc etc.... because the pro circuit website settings dont seem to work on my bike. Unless some thing else is wrong (shouldent be as its a brand new bike) but comparing it to other 08 RM250s that have been jetting right, as Iv rode a few. My new bike is definitly lacking bottom to mid range power.
Hope someone can help

You may be lean. Try lowering the needle by 1 notch.
So I have two RM250's in my garage same model year (identical bikes) and I swapped carbs between them and ran stock pipe's between them and I can say that they are not the same one climbs the power smoothly and one has a very slight flat spot just before hitting power band. So I guess from the factory one just came together better than the other. I guess no two bikes are ever the same. which is anoying because the one that has clocked up lots of hours is running better than my brand new one that I want to keep.
I wish I had my KTM motor and brakes on my RM250 frame... wouldent that be a bike!!!... Owell I dont regret my decision to sell newer ktm 250sx for two RM250's (with less hours on them)
