You have had a good run. I think you should start to think about hanging it up. With all of these younger riders coming up you want to go out while you are close to the top.it seems you are having a hard tine this year and we don't want to see you end up like Matt Walker, Shae Bentkey or Brock helper. You should hire a young rider and groom him to carry on the two two name.

He's been in the top 5 at every race but one this year (after getting tangled up on the start) and made the podium once and contended for wins. What makes you think all of a sudden he's gonna turn into a non-top 5 guy in just a week's notice? As far as I know, 5th place has 15 guys behind him, can't see how "everybody is so much faster than him"...
