With the JDR team not being able to continue post SX, how cool would it be if someway somehow XXX made a comeback by being the JDR/MotoXXX KTM team for outdoors!? Not sure what it would take (other than a ton of available $) but that would be so sick! Especially with how well Savatgy is riding, it would be a cool up and coming team thats for sure and the XXX graphics would be the best out there!

Well that would be sweet of course....thanks for the good thoughts. That Savatgy kid came outa nowhere (or for me at least) and is killing it! Pretty impressive how well he is doing. As for the graphics, i loved our original OG character graphics. Maybe one day they'll be back around

As far as that show goes, I helped them get interviews and stuff like that becaise I liked what it started out as. When Justin dropped all the PED stuff I had no idea he was going to do it and I didn't do a show after that because I didn't agree with how he did that.

Like I said, if he wants to PM me I'll tell him my name, but honestly the way this is getting aired out is beyond stupid.

I have a hard time believing the "rock star" theory also...just my .02.

I've met Jordan and spoke with him on 3 occasions (Knickerbockers in Lincoln, NE...First Ave. in Minneapolis...and once in Indy)....I am an absolute nobody in the scheme of things, and he wouldn't know me from Adam...but he took the time (each time) to talk to me and answer a few questions. That is all.

I have a Moto XXX t shirt framed up that I wore to the World Cup the year of the defunct McCassey MXoN and it's got signatures of damn near everybody that was there from DeCoster to Emig to Ferry to Lewis to Hamblin...etc etc etc. I still have a handful of the "character" decals too.

Of course I've also bought everything Strung Out has ever recorded....I have a Strung Out Astrolux tattoo on my inner forearm....and I'm pretty much a blubbering fanboy...

That is really all....lol

Look when it comes to Punk Rock IN SX and MOTOCROSS, MotoXXX didn't just embrace it. They weren't wanted by the promotors or governing body like nobody before them (at first) and now many teams try to emulate them. The show today in the pits is a carbon copy of what they started with the fans and interacting and were condemned for on a weekly basis.

I think the thread is warrantied and respect should be given. It wasn't "just the right time" they created the time, they changed the face of the pits and the way we do things now.

It was a long hard road and struggle to keep the team alive and they spent A LOT of their own hard earned cash to keep it afloat. Don't kid yourselves, the sport wasn't thriving when they were around to easily get and maintain a budget to go racing. They should be proud and should pat thereselves on the back.

This thread isn't about being happy others are folding, but being happy about how long they lasted. Knowing Jordon there is no disrespect to others, he is probably one of the biggest fans you know.

They could have easily taken the money from the videos they did and saved themselves a lot of headache and been in a way better financial spot.
