2013 crf450 good bike for mx?

The 2013 crf450r has the most bottom end power which is good for sx. what do you think about motocross? How do you think it will perform there?

Ahhh it might be good for Motorcrossing I think I heard Jerry McGrath rides won! If you do decide to Motorcross on a 13 crf450 please share your experience via GoPro.

all the reviews said they had a little stability and handling trouble , on mx tracks. if that helps. i'm sure a little suspension work and changing your set up to balance the new bikes dynamics would cure that real quick though.

N if it helps mxa says the 13 ktm 350 makes more hp. In that sense , not so good. I like them though

Rode one at the track a few weeks ago and the bike is awesome! turns on a dime, tracks straight and has deceivingly fast, yet smooth power. I normally ride a 2011 yz450f and this bike suited me way better.Also, it had alot less engine braking than my yammie.

bottom end is useless in mx.... I think you should get a bike that is top end only for sure!

It makes more Hp than all the Japanese 450's...but only from 10 to 13k rpm's.
You dont ride a dirtbike there. At 5 to 10k rpm's it makes far less...

I'm 16, 6'2", and 160. The stock bike corners better than my moded 2010 CRF250R. The power is ridiculous... All the test say otherwise but the delivery is perfect for me and it's plenty enough for me to do whatever I want on the track. I plan to race it in Collegeboy.

I'll put up a go pro next time I ride.

Everybody knows the Honda is only good for supercross, not motorcross.

The dualies should def add to high speed stabilty due to the mass centralization. And the salesman at honda said its built for scrubbing too.
