I know Ryno wont show all he does with Eli, but these are workouts are pretty good for guys here looking for training tips. On my light weight endurance and stabilization weeks I actually do all these workouts except for the cable pulls. Eli is in sick shape and will definitely be ready to handle the 450 no problem! I like Ryno at the end "That's a championship right there: Smile

I was thinking Eli may be taking some enhancing pills but I don't want to believe it but with his father's biking history I could see the connection.

Baggett could have been as well over the summer. Maybe that's why he had so much in the tank towards the end of a given race.

Who knows.

From an outsider's perspective, If there is a family in this sport that I trust at their word it would be the Tomacs.

There is no doubt in my mind that Tomac uses PED's ( Performance Enhancing Discipline)

Disciplined training
Disciplined riding
Disciplined Dad
Disciplined life

Seems like PED works pretty good. Well, that Tomac gene pool might help too.................

No offense but that's a dumb assumption. Without any kind of proof other than assuming, you can wad that thought up and wipe your ass with it. It's less than worthless.

TripleFive and TomZ have it right. The kid just trains hard.

You should watch the interview with Alden Baker when he explains that PED's do not make a hard training athlete a TOP MX competitor. There is too much skill that goes into riding SX and MX that PED's won't yield a big enough gain to make the risk worth the possible reward. And with much more advanced testing available, I don't see a top MX rider taking the risk. Especially Tomac.

Ryno's work out techniques in that video are very unorthodox. They go against everything I've ever learned about proper lifting technique.

I think it has everything to do with having the ability to move the bike around when needed and putting your body parts in/at the position they need to be at the time needed to run the speed needed to win
Strength condition Balance timing and coordination

It makes more sense to work out like that daily then to do tv shows that take time away from your ultimate goal of being no1

As long as Tomac doesn't go into boxing, having Ryno as a trainer is ok.

i do agree about the unorthodox style of training. but looks like they are more geared toward the explosiveness in the muscle instead of the overall breakdown and regrowth of the muscle that is done when using "proper" lifting techniques.
