Saw a couple of those "comfort" helmet grabs you never saw on the Yamaha.

he looks good, had a couple "o-shit" moments though.

after watching this, Villo and Dungey have him covered on corner speed.

especially Villo.

Don't know whether his results will be better but he certainly looks damn comfortable on the Suzuki. I think he's going to be very much improved this year.

Huge Stewart fan here, but he seems to have gotten lazy in the corners. He needs to get back his 2002-2008 corner speed.

Agree on the corner speed. He doesn't quite seem to attack the corners as hard as RV these days, who always seems to be on the gas earlier.

We'll see, I just want to see some great racing!

RV in the Clermont FL vid?

You guys are judging corner speed on a loose, outdoor style track, vs a hardpack tight SX track?

hmmm

+1 on the great racing.

don't really care who wins out of the group, but i would rather Reed or RV

Anyone else think he seems to just coast into every corner except the one after the straight away? Is that because the jumps are so close to the corner it's too close to get on the gas and brake?

Sad when a champ loses it... happens to everybody. Sad

He looked as fast as anyone to me, looked like David Kelley with the pitboard maybe, his brother told me he was back working for Bubba. David was his mechanic for all those LL titles. Not even sure if it was him its been so long since I've seen him. If Bubba wins it all, this year I am giving David some props for it, he was a great rider back in the day and knows riding and wrenching inside and out.

Idk about corner speed, but the scrub on the step on/off is
retarded! I really do not think James would be concerned with
corner speed, its not like he forgot how to rail a turn.
Weather the dude wins the c-ship, or a race, he's amazing on a
bike, and a pleasure to watch, and we as fans of the sport should
be thankful for having him and all these other super talented, super
crazy mofo's for putting their lives on the line every weekend for our
entertainment.
