What are the oils for my bike (96 kx80cc) engine oil gear oil fuel mixture ect

10w40 gear oil
2 stroke premix in the fuel, 32:1.

And would my clutch be a wet clutch???

Yes your clutch is wet and uses the same oil as the transmission (10w40 non synthetic). Those little bike seemed to run best on Kawasaki's 2 stroke pre-mix and 32 to 1 would be a good mixture.

Like I said the Kawasaki 2 Stroke oil seems to work the best on those little engines and if memory serves correct it is a synthetic blend oil.
