Canard has all the talent in the world, but he has squandered it by doing the exact things you hope he does (not settling). He needs to race him self back into shape (something I am not sure he is capable of anymore), and not have delusions of grandeur like he has had (and his fans have had) in his years in the 450 class. I would rather have him settle for a respectable position at the end of the season then going all out and getting injured again (probably ending his career). I just want him to stay safe and race within his abilities at the given time.
If you think "maimed" isn't a stretch ask Ryan Morris....

Squandered it by not settling? So last year he got landed on because he "wasnt settling?" The year before at washougal where he cross rutted while trying to scrub was because he "wasnt settling"? Breaking his femur the 1st time, at the practice track, was because he "wasnt settling?" Seriously, thats the most dumb shit I have read on this site, and thats saying something.

1. He got landed on because he decided to double a triple within 2nd corner traffic of a SX race with a banner on his rear wheel.
2. He scrubbed a jump that he probably didn't even practice scrubbing to try and keep up with Dungey after being out and having no chance at a title.
Is it "dumb shit" to do that or to settle to what position you are capable with at the time when coming off an injury?
If he wouldn't have pushed himself so far he wouldn't be injured so much. If you think that is the recipe for sucess you live in a different world then me.
this guy posted in another thread about Trey, he obviously has no idea what it is to race at a professional level, these guys put their balls on the line to win, and as you correctly say no factory or sponsor will want him just 'settling in' for a season..

Husqerdo - did u watch the video, he COULD not triple so he did a double he did not try to triple at all!!! Was bad luck that Morais wasnt aware of what he was doing....

In all fairness to Morais, I don't think he saw Trey, until it was too late...

As for some of the posters on vital, one word; UNBELIEVABLE!

Constructive or opinionated is fine. Being a complete asshat is what it's all about for some though...

OK kiwi you fricken Fruit, so according to you a factory sponsor prefers a 2 race and out rider vs. one who works his way up to where he belongs, and to be in contention. I have said time and time again TC has championship ability, but it is hard to not have concern over his 450 history. The last incident was unfortunate and also a dangerous track layout for such an incident to occur, and yes saw it live and numerous replays, that's all I will say about that. Also, for what it is worth I have not raced professionally but have as an amateur as has my son and we both have dealt with numerous injuries, some serious. Now how about you? Why don't you share your professional level experiences tough guy, or are you just another punk who has only rode a keyboard..

A fruit??? wtf???

No I DID NOT say that...moron stop reading between the lines in my post and read it again...I said a factory wants riders who win, of course they dont want any crashes but a) no one has a crystal ball to see if it will happen and b) Motcross/Supercross is a risk based sport, if you want to win you take risks and you push to 110%. Anything less and you are not championship material so you dont get hired....simple as that isnt it?!?!?!?!?

Whether or not I race(d) at a profesisonal level is a) none of your frigging business and b) totally irrevelant to this debate whether you or your son has had any injuries.

So now you are saying a dangerous track was at fault and not Trey's fault?? Can you please make up your mind and let us all know, I am sure we are all on the edge of our seats.

I'm sure the "subjects" mom has heard it all... They're above the nonsense and part of the reason I think he'll do far better this year than most think.. I could be wrong but that's fine, I'm still looking for CANARD..

So, I'll probably bump this every couple days with a cool pic.... GO TC!!
How about don't? People bumping old stuff for no particularly good reason is one thing that irritates me. Of course, I could move it to the Dumbgeon, and you can bump it all you want.

Really GuyB? So, every post is headed to the dumbdgeon?

I find that interesting, yet the people that simply post replies to talk trash and call people names is allowed like nobodys business!

And for NO GOOD REASON! TC, is one very good reason!

I understand why nobody is "real" here. Fake names and posters saying anything they want! Micromanagement from the moderators and selective post reduction based on "personal" dislikes!

pretty cool!

Hm...a thread that just kept getting dumber and dumber until it had to be removed from the main forum and quarantined with the other dumb threads.

Has Husqerdo by any chance posted here recently?

Gotta say; I don't understand the "flow" around here.

It was removed because GuyB doesn't want posts bumped "for no reason".

Sounds like the whole board is headed to the dungeon!

Don't wreck my fun.

And look at it this way: if he let you constantly bump old posts, he'd have to let everyone, and then the newer posts about newer things would always be buried.

Of course this thread had sort of become a Canard photo thread, so it wouldn't be that unlike the "Best pictures of 2012" thread that was bumped continually for a month or so two months or so ago.

That's what I was after; a simple photo thread!

Honestly, after having some communication with GuyB.... I'm understanding why vital is, the way it is!

Too many hosers... and moderators that can't be professional in their responses, whatsoever!

I tried explaining to you nicely (though maybe lighter on details than you'd like) that you'd crossed some boundaries in a PM. You demanded that you needed an explanation. I told you that I don't need to explain shit, and I stand by that.

Don't let the enthusiasm for your product override good taste and common sense.

Have a great evening.

Hey GuB; I apprecaite that, except for a couple things:

1- the PM was about T-Pro's product, NOT MINE! PLEASE reread my email.. PLEASE!!!

2- I needed and asked for an explanation FOR MY UNDERSTANDING! If you want something to change but can't elaborate in a professional manner, all you get is; well, I'm sure you know..

I'm just asking for your PROFESSIONAL criticism. Not; " I don't need to tell you shit!

Again, PLEASe reread my email.

thank you
