Could be the oldest rider ever to win a Outdoor National. He grew up in Gray Tennessee 5 miles from Muddy Creek! He must be pushing 40 now!!

John Dowd won High Point in 2000(?) at 35 I believe. Is that the old record?

until RC decides not to be an "amateur" anymore and try a few nationals......

While Brown has a long history of succesful runs at MC, there is also some history of him getting beaten.

Now if they decide to throw in some huge tires and rock sections, it may be a different story.

Brownie's also riding the Baja 1000 now, and I'd guess that he's in for the Endurocross Finals this weekend in Vegas. Old dudes kick ass.

Brown is a threat anywhere he shows up. Another kid that has a lot of laps in at Muddy Creek is Jacob Hayes, he should have a good finish at a national there.

I suspect the whole place will be revamped in order to accommodate the Factory Rigs and the track needs about 30 sec added probably from adjacent properties. It's good to see a southern national!
