Josh Hill to RCH?

Watson said that Chiz was faster at the first tryout; that Hill wasn't confy cause not used to the bike so RC basically told him to go get one. He did.

Maybe they just loved his attitude, and maybe within the 1 week he's been riding the RM he got fast as shit (as somebody who saw him at Pala said). Also, as somebody else said, H&H has put to much money into this guy, paying him 2 years of salary for nothing, not to play this card till the end. It's a wild bet, but could pay huge!

Hill was railing when he was tight with Lawrence. Had factory equipment and was/is still getting rides, so I don't think him being friends with a f***up really hurt him anymore than the back flip.

Like someone else said before me, the kid has a win. He's always been good in the public eye and Chisholm to me - is a guy that rides hard and fast but could never get to that next level. Plus, I think of his bull shit with Reed when he was riding for L&M.

Maybe Chisholm was getting bent out of shape because Hill is the guy that has replaced him or gotten the ride he thought he should have had twice in a row. (L&M, RCH)

I'd love to see it pay huge, his outings this year were worrying though. Almost sad to watch at times. They do say time heals though, maybe another 12 months has done that nerve damage some good.

We all have to apply for jobs in our lives. Sometimes we "waste" our time because someone else gets the job that we applied for. Too bad, that's the way it goes. Pro riders should be no different. ..........

Hill was catching and passing RD, JS, RV, and all the other top guys back in 2010... maybe a different time and pace but still, if he can find that speed again he will be up there.. I personally just hope he comes back and rides the heats/mains with the same old sick ass style he has always had... Seriously go watch videos of that guy from 2010 on the Yamaha that everyone says is so horrible, way over that damn front end, way off the back, just straight rippin'

Two years is a lifetime in motocross and a major injury that will never fully heal , If I was paying the bills I would have gone another direction, probably not Chiz but definitely not Hill. But then again its not my money.

Someone said earlier that back when Hill was teammates with JS7 he was on rails. It might be a good thing with JS7 and Hill riding together at the Suzuki test track....different teams but still seat time together. Hill could get some of his mojo back.

Should have picked up someone young like Vann Martin.

I got news for you all, but Josh Hill is not the same quality refer he once was. Your health/strong physical body is everything in MX. He will never return to the way he was before the injuries. I cannot for the life of me understand why these teams choose injury prone kids, much less just flat out injured period riders. You want your riders on the track advertising your brand name and supporting your sponsors. Pay for these guys that spend the better part of the year on the sidelines. Just a dumbass decision period! they should stick to their knowledge in racing and the industry in general and let someone with business knowledge to run the team.

Hills biggest mistakes in his career:

- SX only
- attempted a backflip

RC brings a totally different attitude to the team. H&H in the past was a SX only team that flirted with freestyle. RC believes in training and hard work. That is why Hanny is not with the team. He has more talent than both Tickle and Hill but will not put in the time and effort that RC is looking for out of the riders. Hill if he stays healthy has a chance to improve each week and eventually run close to a top 5 finish. I believe Hill has more upside than Chisolm and much less risk than Hanny.

I like Chiz, but I'm glad they picked Hill. If you have the desire, you can come back from just about any injury. The injuries Hill sustained are not career ending if you have the will to succeed. I've seen people come back from worse. He has the tallent, so if the only unknown is the injuries, they can be overcome. It all depends on Josh now and I hope he makes it back to the top.

#bs,#wastemytime? yikes
WOW Chiz you really should have known when to keep your mouth shut and when to tell wife to keep her stupid mouth shut! This isn't your first year out there, You know how it works. You don't dis a team that gave you a chance all over twitter! Any team will see that behavior and not want anything to do with you! Don't be a cry baby, suck it up and go on.
All of you that have said that Chiz deserved the ride-- ask yourself this question...in all the years that Chiz has been in the Pros, has he EVER been on the podium? Has he ever won either a SX or outdoor event? The answer is no! He is a 15 place rider at best, the only time he finishes better is at the end of the season when all the better riders are hurt! REALLY lets call a spade a spade, his best years are behind him. RC knows what he is doing. At least Hill has done something in his career

I think Hill maybe ride for free? Maybe some bonuses depending on top 10s? He already had his salary from them? He was also a winner and maybe he fight his way back?
