I actually gave up caffeine for the month of October. 26 days in, it's not so bad.
I plan to go back to it November 1st.
I actually feel better about drinking Monster and Redbull instead of coffee after reading that.
It is certainly better than the trash in Full Throttle and NOS. The sugar content alone is scary.
