podmx k300 sizing??? help please

I am going to buy the podmx k300 knee braces online. I tried the k700 and the medium fit perfectly, i have no k300 to try on. I assume that they both would have the same size, I mean k300 M= k700 M, but i have read some comments about the k300 fitting small. Can someone that have at least tried both Medium on tell me if they are the same or is there a size difference. thanks
