I guess everybody knows he was cleared- never even charged I believe.

It kind of sucks that although he was absolved of this that people will always bring it up every time his name is mentioned for a cheap laugh at his expense.

That's OK, I'm sure he'd get a laugh out of it. I remember being at the Castillo Ranch get together around the time that happened and Eric Johnston quipped "Yeah, now he's changing his nickname from "The Professor" to "The Nutty Professor". I think I saw one of the guys laugh so hard, that he blew a Ham sandwich out his nose. Laughing
