I was skeptical at first with him going over to the new team but man was I wrong. Great job. Congratulations to RD1 and KTM.
Was Goose given the opportunity to come along and chose not to?

KTM already had enough mechanics on staff to cover Dungey, Roczen, and Musquin (Frankie, Carlos and the other guy). Goose said he felt if he were to go to KTM with Dungey he would be putting one of them out of a job so he went to work with Reed.
Thanks for the info.

That was a class move and he landed on his feet with a great opportunity, and probably is very happy for the orange crew and their success.

They not only make a wide variety of bikes but make their own aftermarket parts. Even a warranty! I will never forget when I was in the woods and swapped bikes with my buddy. I had my 2001 CR250R converted to enduro and he a new 2001 200exc. It was incredible! I was full on blasting through the woods without fatigue. I felt great pinning it everywhere unlike my honda that needed restraint or you would be plastered into a tree.My buddy begged me to return it. I refused for 10 miles. He was exhausted lol. I did ride the 300 but it was in 98 and it had a temperamental carburetor. If you flooded it it would not start.

Dungey has done nothing but impress me more and more since 2009.

2009: 250 Outdoor title, MXoN winning team

2010: 450 SX and National titles, MXoN winning team

2011: 1 DNF away from 450 Natrional title, MXoN winning team

2012: 450 National title, MXoN winning te...whoops, that has happened...yet!

Congratulations to Ryan Dungey, Roger DeCoster, all the members of KTM, and Dungey's mom and dad for raising such a well-rounded boy.

On your 1st title in US Motocross...for the Big Orange Team.

Congratulations!
Yes a big congratulations is due to the KTM team, Championships are not easy to win, but I need to correct you. Today was not KTM's 1st US Motocross title. KTM has already won a US Motocross title and it came in 2003 (9 years ago).

Not only did KTM win a US Motocross Championship, but KTM swept the Championship by finishing1st and 2nd in the points standings (Langston 1st and Hughes 2nd).
