No I'm just kidding about the stalling. Only time it did that was at X-Games. Yes mine is injected. The engine brake isn't bad just tune the suspension so you have it setup correctly. They are good bikes.

I broke my left foot in half and never crashed! I had pitched sideways to avoid landing on a slower rider into a corner and my left foot landed on a dirt mound on the inside of the corner... Instant pain.

I had two somewhat slow crashes. The first one i was just going across a farm field in long grass, i was in 2nd gear , the next thing i know im laying face down. WTF. I pushed myself up to my elbows, then my bike landed on my back and drove me into the ground. I thought i busted my ribs, damn that hurt. It turns out i hit a big ant hill and did a huge endo. The second one i launched off a small jump and I bottomed the suspension. My right toe caught the ground and went under the peg. I broke my right foot and i didn't even crash.

I broke my wrist in 3 places 1/2 lap into practice over a 20 foot double. Just a complete brainfart and boom. Walked around with it dislocated for 3 days until the doc I wanted to use could get me in for surgery. Non moto I broke my ankle and shattered part of my foot on a pink tricycle. Laugh at my pain...

no, the only reason I caught it was because it went so far over time!! it was epic though.
Im assuming Myles stalled and ate it? Sorry. That's a bummer! I wanna see you win best whip next year. This shitty text to vote thing and twitch wins no matter what would end if they only invited People that are the true best whippers. I.E You, pages, mcneil, potter, and maybe one pro moto racer, just to have that other style of whip in there. like RC or K DUB

Went to hot into a really, really slow corner, locked the front wheel up, hit the rut and went over the bars and stuck my left wrist out.

Didnt hurt at the time, But about 1 month later it started going really weak and painfull and hasn't stopped since. Im a groundworker so its constantly annoying me.

I broke my tibia and fibula last summer.I was on a new track layout and tried a new section.Right after landing from a set of small small doubles I didn't slow down enough to make the corner and ended up going over the berm and falling and breaking my leg real bad.I had the whole external fixator deal and plate with screws.9 months later DR says I can ride mx again I ride 2 motos being real careful.The 3rd moto I go around a real slow corner the front end knifes a little bit and I put my bad leg out and it breaks again along with breaking the titanium plate.My wife was super pissed because I broke it again.I had to have surgery again and the took out the plate and put a titanium rod down through my tibia.I am now so scared to even think about riding again and this thread is freaking me out!

MCfan4Life - Injuries are coming along. I got a long road ahead but I am doing good. Just unfortunately takes time. And yes, that step-up was insane. I'm glad I crashed early! haha

Jharper - Thanks for the compliments. I would love to be in X best whip but they pick and choose who to have in it.

And man reading about some of these injuries you guys are warriors! Especially when you have regular jobs and a family to take care of! Atleast me, I don't have a job except FMX. I do have a wife, but she takes care of me right now! haha

riding across a frozen lake, pushing a traffic cone with my foot inside it; I stopped, my foot didn't (the cone on the ice was slippery, who knew?).

I was forced into the splits more than any dude is designed to do.

There was a crunching sound as I popped off the bike.

Sharp occasional pain for years; finally had surgery, torn labrum, bone-on-bone in spots.

all that at about zero mph! I had basically stopped, but my foot kept sliding as the bike slowly tipped over. I could only watch in horror.

Lost the front end in a slick corner going about 10mph and broke my femur... This was two weeks after starting to ride again from a previous broken femur.

My crash was pretty low speed as far as what the bike was going, unfortunately the somersaults my body did afterwards werent. Blink

I was at 408MX in San Jose, CA. Coming out of a tight left hander was a single. As I was going up the lip, I lost the rear end and went off the lip sideways and off axis. Landed on my left leg and rolled away. The crash left me with a displaced and fractured navicular bone in my foot. 4 pins, 4 rods, and an external fixator later.

Gust of wind blew me sideways in the air over a double (in Midland, TX). Nothing was hurt though (cause I was doubling what should have been triple) but landing smack on my shoulder was pretty gnarly.

slow speed highsided and broke two ribs. still not sure what caused it, pretty sure i missed the root, although you can see the whole thing from my perspective here: not very exciting but this wreck seems to have signalled the end for me. hanging up the boots after riding since 76.
