The devlopment company was started by a couple of old coworkers and myself. We now have 23 people working for us and are talking about branching off and doing some other games soon. We wanted to do this game first because all of us love MX and wanted to see a real MX game so that's what we did. Me personally I'm also doing a comic for DC to help the victims of the theater shooting so I'm not going to be as involved for the next 2 months. I will try to put aside my issues with vital and post info here as well as at sx.com.
if anyone wants to battle mva reflex tonight I'l be on around 11 tonight pro mx.

I'm excited and really hopeful. Can't wait for the website. And just ask any of the Vital guys who have seen my posts. I am a MX video game nut and I will do ALL I can to help promote/push/sell your game!
I appreciate all your effort and can't wait!
Btw, what is the engine like? Reflex? MXS? Something fresh? I actually like Reflex's dual stick control and liked that Alive's bikes actually had weight to them (which Reflex's did not). If you took those game's engine but made the scale more accurate (ala Alive) and added a real points series, real tracks, real riders (who actually were rating based such as the Madden/NHL12 games so that the results weren't random which in turn would make a realistic points standings) then you would have a winner. and yeah, I would love a Speed type presentation with commentary like Supercross 2000 but hey, I'm dreaming now I know! =)
Can't wait for further info, man!
Anyways about the game; I really hope you keep the game highly and easily moddable. Like ability to make/customize skins, tracks atleast, maybe models too etc. (on PC, don't think it would be possible for consoles). It really lengthens the lifetime of the game.
Also I'd like to ask which is your main platform(xbox360, ps3 or PC) you're developing the game on?

the mx sim community is lucky as fuck to have these guys, and many others that arent mentioned.
i hope their work they are doing for free leads to bigger and better things for their lives.
and isnt that attackers suzuki model? not p2stas?
Jeremy, I contacted you on supercross.com before, not sure of my name over there, might be the same. I am interested in testing for you. I consider myself very good at motocross games when I put in the time and I would be willing to put in several hours a week to test for you.
Let me know if you are interested, I have been itching for a good mx game for consoles.
If it's better than Mud(didn't buy) and Alive(raced around in circles for a few hours to level up) I'll be buying it.
Post a reply to: Has anyone at Vital heard of this new Motocross game? Toyota Motocross 2013?
