I'm headed down that way this Saturday to cruise the Dragon on sportbikes for a whole week. I was wondering if it would be worth it to take my MX bike since we have an open spot . So, if anyone knows of any good places to ride mx in southeastern Tennessee, western North Carolina please let me know!
Thanks,
Jon

Any spots around an hour away from Maggie's valley, NC?
Thanks for the advice!
- LakesideMX inTaylors, SC is about an hour south of Asheville. www.lakesidemx.net
- Possum Kingdom is just south of Greenville, SC. Pretty cool/safe track http://www.possumkingdommx.com/
- I-81 Motorsports - Never been here but will be racing it this Saturday night. http://www.i81motorsportspark.com/
- There is an electric bike track about 30 mins from Asheville - Dark Green Motorsports. I've wanted to check this place out, but need to round up some peeps to go with. Looks like a fun and very affordable alternative to dragging your bike down with you. https://darkgreenmotorsports.com/
There really isn't anything that close to Asheville. I know I have to drive at minimum 1 hour to find a track to ride at. Good luck and have fun.
I-40 mx located in west knoxville races every Saturday night, practice is on Tuesday nights.
Battle Creek MX and Chattanooga MX are about 1/2 mile apart in Chattanooga. Battle creek is a good sized track, but I wouldn't waste my time with Chat. MX, it is very small and narrow and rocks everywhere, fist sized ones. We drove down from Knoxville seen it, turned around and drove back without unloading.
