I turned the channel to ESPN and see that a small clip of the GP's were on the Sportscenter's Top 10. So I waited the commercial break and watched the whole top 10 and no motocross. I watched a whole extra hour of Sportscenter at 3AM to see 2.5 seconds of racing... Thanks ESPN!
Whatever happened to having the races on ESPN? I See poker, billiards, bowling, and even cheerleading. Hell, they would even show a Hot Dog eating competition! How can they show all of that over a sport as great as ours?

Why should they broadcast something that many people obsessed with Merican SX/MX could care less about. We're the best, why bother with any thing else?
[besides I don't know where most of those countries are, can't pronounce many of the towns/cities they hold the races in or a lot of the riders names.]

I didn't follow the sport back when it was on ESPN. How was their coverage other than the week or two of delay? Worse or better than speed?
Art had that Bob Ueker, Harry Carry, thing going on where you never knew if he was drunk or senile.
Good explanation of Art.
Broke out some old SX VCR tapes to show my son while he is on the mend and the announcing was terrible. In fact while I was watching this nestalga, the first thing I thought of was how bad the announcing was. The tracks were alot better but the announcing was terrible.
EXCEPT Jamie Little, I think Erin does fine, so no complaints but Jamie was the highlight of the broadcasting ability. Amazing since she was hired for the face of SX instead of the voice and color commintating.
