People were boo’ing him thru the staging lanes during the race and shit they are just jealous. Kids got talent whether he races supercross, motocross , enduro or hare scramble. Props to Lawrence on yesterdays win.

will never understand people hating like that. he fucked up his own life, why hate him and bash him for it?

good for him to quit the sport that made him and start riding for fun and racing the hare scrambles.

i bet he had more fun racing that than he has in the last 3 years.

That's absolutely pathetic. Unless he banged out your old lady, sister, mother or pissed in you fridge you have no reason to boo this young man.. I've made plenty of mistakes in my life, as have most HUMANS on this earth, NO ONE is perfect, we are only human.. Yes Jason Lawrence was a professional racer, placed under the microscope @ held to a high standard but realize he is only HUMAN.. Whatever he does on his personal time is his business and if wakes up each day with a smile loving life then I'm happy as hell for the guy.. I wish him the best regardless if its racing harescrambles or free riding with his buddies, just enjoy life because its short.

I honestly hope JLAW returns to professional racing in some way shape or form.. If he doesn't so be it, because it doesn't effect me and I will still have mass respect for his skills.. I would love to see him race GNCCS, but racing a 3 hr afternoon race in the dead heat of the summer isn't a walk in the park. I promise you without a solid conditionong program that you can't will yourself to a victory soley on talent with the rough ass tracks constantly changing and where the bar is set in modern day GNCC racing. With the exception of a retired Doug Henry(which I'm sure he didn't roll off the couch) in Florida a couple years ago it just won't happen. Henry is another platform in my eyes compared to most humans because the man's will can't be matched,, period. Throwing down a 20 lap sprint on a groomed track is one thing but a 3 hour sprint on a brutal GNCC course isn't even in the same ball park. Wink

Henry almost killd himself that race...he was put on an IV and carried off the podium in a stretcher IIRC

Then I'd like to see him take that stamina GNCC gave him, and come back where he belongs.

As far as booing, only the head of the AMA deserves that.

I am not a fan of him.. But congrats on the win.. I am unfamiliar with how compedative that series is, and was he in the Pro class, or A, or how does that work? I could see guys getting upset he won because he stole their race win and or money.. But again congrats on his win.. I think its funny he doesnt even have an ama # LOL
