Just bought my tickets to Indy... How is it legal for 3 $35 tickets to end up costing $141.20? It would be shocking to see how much of my $141.20 actually go to the riders.

Exactly.. monopolizing.. an hey when you can;t beat the thousands of scalpers buying tickets to sell back to you, you can scoop these up at Ticketmaster own ticket exchange where they make a few extra $ selling between people. Life is grand..

I agree, this one definitely sticks me the worng way. I knew a few ticket brokers and they are some shady people.

Amen. I don't know if there's a company I hate more, and think is more useless, than Ticketmaster (except maybe Comcast). Their website interface for purchasing tix blows, their fees blow, everything about Ticketmaster blows. I feel your pain.

Protip: Buy at the venue. (Caveat: Unless you are going to Atlanta.)
