Im in! anybody have extra pit passes from subway?????? i live in Charlotte and they dont pass them out up here. last year i had to buy some from a punk on the street and i really hate to support their habits...........

We are going to be there as well and will be near the starting line(section 123). I guess I'll have to hit a local Subway for the pit passes, though.

Unfortunately I will not be going as planned. Something got screwed up when my friend Nick sent in his pro papers to sign up and he had to re-submit them. He will now miss ATL and New Orleans? I believe? Anyway I'm hoping to make Daytona which will most likely be his first supercross.

I will definitely be watching the live coverage, and hope everyone who goes has fun.

ive got mine in, actually i have a low end 70-300 and its only an f4, so i ended up shooting with my 24-70 2.8 and just cropping. if yours is an f4 you might have some problems with shutter speed or noise if you crank up the iso. because of this though, i only got mine in once and then just stuck with my 2.8 walk around lens and my fisheye for the pits (that was fun) but the secruity detail at the dome was more worried about the size of my camera bag then my actual camera. so if you plan on lugging around some gear and dont have a media pass.....you might want to just bring the essentials and pocket what you can.

Yeah I don't think I'm going to take another lens other than my 70-200 2.8. Not worth the trouble of trying to get a backpack full of gear in. Thanks for your help.
