Use latest Firefox. There is worldwide problems with IE and Chrome(I think?) Same problems in a couple of latvian sites.

I was having a similar problem with this site and another one, It would scroll but would lock up for 1-5seconds every page load before I could scroll.

Then IE shat it self on me would just freeze after ten minutes all the time, so I finally made the switch to Firefox, best thing i have ever done, Freezing problems on Vital are gone Smile
