I change my number every season. But I never run number 86 under any circumstance, everytime I have run that number something goes incredibly wrong.

I do the same, I see my number, or other numbers I recognize all the time now.

I bought my daughter a KDX50 for her 3rd Christmas. I asked her what number she wanted and without hesitation she said 26.
A couple years later we were at the National at Unadilla and she pointed out Michael Byrne was on a green 26 just
Ike she was...not a bad observation considering she was 5 at the time.
For her 6th birthday I bought her a new 110 and had number plates printed up with pink 26's on them. It had been bugging me for three years on how she chose number 26 so I finally asked her..."Dad, it's my birthday!"

Started out as 123 but that was taken in the series I started out in so I picked a number from a list and though 825 would be cool. This was 10+ years ago. Ironically today my girlfriend's birthday is on August 25 Silly

Always ran #56 when I was younger and fast. After getting back into it a few years ago I put #363 on. Its part of my cell number, I was going to go back to 56 but I'm not fast enough for a dbl digit anymoreSmile

331 Same as op, high school and college b-ball number was 31, just threw another 3 on there to not be the same as anyone else in the area. It's worked out pretty well, but I'm still slow so maybe I should change it up.

I used to run #80 on quads unless I had earned a local number I wanted to use. When I switched to bikes I ran #35. In this case I had to add a #1 to it after someone else got to the 35 before me.

Had 21 through my years playing baseball

In high school me and my girl used to go to a roach motel and the room we always got was #121.

In college my first dorm room was #121

Last three digits of AMA card was 121

Got a real job and worked for several years in an area named 121.

That number won't leave me alone!

In '96 I talked my dad into coming up and racing Washougal (at 56, on his brand new '97CR500). We threw #9 on his bike and went out and had a blast (I think he finished 2nd in the +40B class). He passed away a couple months later and I started running #9. I often had to slash it or change it to 19 or 91 and when I ran the Hangtown amateur national, they assigned me 191. I've run it ever since and though I don't race anymore (can't afford the alimony) my bike's still flying it.

I have been 17, 170, 171, 177 (any pattern here?) and 21 at various junctures. Like 7s and 21 is 3x and the previous owner had some killer graphics.

My first number was 417 racing TCCRA and it was also my call sign then. It changed when I got bumped up and began using 17 for Robbie Reynard. My daughter began racing in 06 and chose 7 for JS7. When my son began racing, he was given 27 to keep it in the family.
