Georgia mc title question

My nephew is getting ready to buy a ttr 230 for his step son. He was told by the current owner of the ttr that offroad motorcycle title's don't exist in the state of Georgia. I have no idea if this is true or not. Georgia folks? Any truth to this?

there are no titles for off-road motorcycles in Georgia.
