Intermittent connection problems

Getting the unable to connect page on firefox and chrome on this site and Facebook. Went over to my parents house and checked their computer, and same thing. Other sites seem to be ok. Usually I can just refresh the page and it will be ok. Anyone else having this problem? Is the internet broken ? Smile
