Biggest off season move - RacerX Poll

Do you consider Dungey going to KTM a "Big move"? When you think about how 2011 went and Ryan wanting to be back with Roger and Ian and everyone else that moved to KTM before 2011, was it really that unexpected or a "big move"?

I think a bigger move would be Alessi to Motoconcepts, because of the controversy of DV leaving and Tony Alessi rumored to be the team manager. What would you say is the biggest move, or the most unexpected.

I think the most shocking move lately is you in a picture with a female. Never would have guessed.

I think it was a big move for #5 to go to KTM, but it isnt that shocking.

I think that was maybe my second time ever, probably first. There are some relentless folks here, I wouldn't consider myself one. I did offer up my opinion on his real question, thats got to count for something.

I saw the opportunity, and I took it.

KTM signing a contender is a big move. JGR signing a contender is a big move. MotoConcepts signing Alessi over the current King of Bercy is a lateral move at best.

I think Dungey is a bigger move because he's on a new bike with a manufacturer that has never had a SX class (ahem, I mean 450 class SX) podium. Stewart a close second but we've seen JGR bikes running strong the past few years, not to mention Grant somehow winning A1 the other year. Still scratching my head on that one, but the history book says it's true.

I hate those polls cause they are limited, they need to add a comments section. Josh Grant NOT being picked up by Honda is my biggest off season move.

I think the Dungey.

Alessi to Motoconcepts doesn't surprise me or even seem like big news, he hasn't been a championship contender lately. Brayton to Honda kinda surprised me, also Honda in general never hiring any big firepower (other than Canard of recent).
