Free weekend of riding/training at HPG

11/12 & 11/13' Next weekend HPG training facility in Sparta TN will be a free weekend of riding and training with former AMA national rider Dallas Lusk. Demonstrating the schedule and way things are gonna work for our training classes offered next year with Dallas. There has also been a TON of sand bought in since these pictures were taken so the track will get nice and rough.
After we get the ball rolling here is an example of what a day or training will consist of

8:00-8:15 AM Morning stretch and goal review
8:15-8:35 AM Breakfast
8:35-8:45 AM Break and prep for trail workout
8:35-9:45 AM Cardio/endurance trail workout
9:45 – 10:00 AM Stretch and snack
10:00-11:00 AM School work
11:00 – 11:15 AM Gear up and bike prep
11:15 – 11:30 AM Turn track practice and warm-up
11:30 AM–12:15 PM Turn track drills (timed and videos)
12:15 – 12:30 PM Cool down
12:30 – 1:00 PM Lunch
1:00 – 1:30 PM Turn track video and results review
1:30 PM – 2:40 PM Mountain bike road ride or Kayaking
2:40 – 3:00 PM Stretch and snack
3:00 – 3:15 PM Gear up and bike prep
3:15 – 4:00 PM MX track drills (timed and videos)
4:00 – 4:30 PM Start drills with videos
4:30 – 5:00 PM Cool down and bike cleaning
5:00 – 6:00 PM Dinner followed by afternoon video and daily progress review
6:00 – 10:00 PM Free time/school work

Looks like a typical orange clay track, hard as a rock with 2 inches of dirt on top. At least rip the corners deep so its fun to ride...

Like I said above WE HAVE ADDED TRUCKLOADS OF SAND since these pictures were taken. The track will be tilled,disked,watered both days
