How often is SX/MX so strung out that it's not even worth watching?

That isn't the point.
If you're going to base the validity or quality of a type of motor racing on the number of passes for the lead per race, supercross and motocross would suck

To true, hate to even say it but...SX/MX could actually really benefit as far as close racing goes if they did bunch the field back up under caution.

Look at the MEC....a million dollar SX race....it was BORING.

Here, let me give a synopsis of each of the three races.

Race 1 - Villopoto holeshot, got a huge lead and coasted to the win
Race 2 - Villopoto holeshot, got a huge lead and coasted to the win
Race 3 - Villopoto holeshot, got a huge lead and coasted to the win

Won a million dollars

Man, that was exciting...took my breath away
How about you?

A lot when you include the heat races and the lcq. You have to watch the entire show and not just the main. Nascar gives away 35 starts regardless of qualifying speed. At least in SX you have to make the program. Even RV is familiar with that.

OK, how many lead changes are there in each of those?

Not many, if any at all.

Dungey was on new mostly untested equipment. No Reed or Stewart. Plus RV has the new Holeshot button. What did you expect?

Doesn't matter.
Your rational is that if there is not a lot of passing for the lead, it's shitty racing, so how many lead changes are there during the average SX?

Not really. I was just bored because there wasn`t any type of racing on TV. I`ve got my bikes ready to ride and had nothing left to do in the garage so I started trying to act like I knew what I was talking about on this thread. I`ve been a gearhead since 63` and I guess I always will be. Damn, I forgot to change my coolant and put Engine Ice in my dirt bike. Got to go.

Never said it was shitty.and you`re better on a keyboard than me so why don`t you find the stats on SX passing and prove how wrong I am. Don`t make me pour this blue coolant down the drain. Just kidding. The shit works too good.

I wish Kyle would calm down just a touch. Hes definitely one of the best drivers out there, but takes it too far sometimes. Even then, id rather see him do well than Harvick.

Let's just say "not many"

Racing is racing and I love ALL racing, you put two turtles on a table and I will watch them race.
I like NASCAR, as well as F1, Indycar, WoO, sprints, mini-sprints, MotoGP and more....just not a drag racing fan, but will watch on occasion.

It's my experience that people who do not like a particular type of racing don't fully understand or grasp the skill involved in that type of racing.

Well said. My babysitter in the late 50`s early 60`s was a guy named Pee Wee Wallace ( and his wife) who owned and drove one of the first Funny Cars "The Virginian" when they were called factory experimentals. Years later he let me do a "Dry Hop" during testing at Lakeland. Needless to say, I`m addicted to drag racing too. WTF does this have to do with Kyle Busch? Sorry for getting off topic.

Kyle Busch would do exactly 0 more laps this year if I ran NASCAR.

Dick head with ears would not be allowed on my track until he solved his issues somewhere else.

This is the kind of shit that you would see sometimes in NASCAR Racing 2003 online, but to see a driver do it in a real truck during a race WOW. Banned for the season for me
