didnt windham also have problems at one of the earlier rounds? I can think of at least reed, barcia and windham having problems this year on honda.
Dungey had one mechanical dnf in supercross and one in outdoors?

Dungey's bike not running while the race had started wasn't a DNF but it was a mechanical failiure that cost him points too,rather unusual none the less and maybe another black mark for Suz
