Are the FMF backed teams showing up with FMF pipes on their bikes with a different name on them? If so what is it and is there a history with it? I thought I saw something about it but couldn't remember where.

Yeah I think so because of a conflict with the energy drink they were coming out with.

Wow, it's been a while since we've seen the Roost Factory logo. This goes on the DNA Shred Stix / Star Racing / Yamahas to replace the FMF logo that just about every team with an energy drink sponsor threw a fit over after FMF launched their energy drink earlier this year. For those who don't know, yes, the Roost Factory logo has some history with FMF, but it hasn't been active in quite a while. Credit: GuyB

From TWMX Kickstart, Southwick... although they had these logos on at least in Unadilla too. I noticed the DNA Shredstix guys dropped the FMF logo way back at Freestone, though.

The DNA Shred Stix/Star Racing/Yamaha riders showed up with "Roost Factory" exhaust systems on their race bikes. Those of you who have been around for a while will make the connection immediately. For those of you under 35, Roost Factory was a hop-up shop owned by Don Emler. With the recent FMF Energy vs. Monster vs. Rockstar vs. DNA vs. Muscle Milk fuss, it appears that the guys at FMF are having a bit of fun.

Also, there's this:

No I believe factory Kaw now claim the exhausts are built in-house.
