The only limiter any of my two strokes had was the ring shrapneling because of too much revving and too little maintenance.

Want to find the limit of your new 2-stroke? Take a 1/8" drill bit and drill a hole in the boot connecting the carburetor to the cylinder head.

Try dropping his main jet down a few sizes.

Maybe the chrome muffler bearings need polished.

try changing the rat in the gear box and lube the damn muffler bearing

That would assume he actually twisted the throttle that far

Remove gas cap and replace everything underneath with a Honda.
