spring rate and oil amount in forks

I have a 2003 kawasaki kx250 and its had the pro circuit KYB works kit suspension done before i got the bike and the spring rate is 44. and the amount of oil is 90mm im 9.5 stone and im not sure what it should be for someone of my weight and i just wanted to know if that set up is alright or if i should get it completly resprung and a different amount of oil and stuff if anyone can help me out much appericaited.

9.5 stone = 140 lbs if that helps anyone out.

if you call pro-circuit they will tell you exactly how much oil to use and what type of fork oil to use, it shouldnt take long and they are really good people.

only problem is im actuley from the uk my bike was imported from canada

www.racetech.com will have a link to input your weight and style of ride and it will give you the recommende rates for both front and rear shocks.
