Butchy is right! It's not just unruly punks people are out of their minds these days. I carry a gun, pepper spray, and usually have a big Doberman with me. It's sad but twice a month I have an incident that involves the police.

That is a good looking puppy! Mine is only about 18 months old. I have a red one this time named Ezra! For obvious reasons!

He has most of his agitation training with the Koehler method. He is an amazing dog and a great companion. Just don't feed him before long car rides. His gas is legendary.

I foreclose on properties for banks and maintain the properties as well. You wouldn't believe some of the situations we get into.

I enjoy guns but I also carry them for personal protection. I recently had to make a career change and in my new field I have to have protection. We had to call the police one day last week and it took them 40 minutes to respond. Keep in mind that the reason we called them was that we were threatened by a crazy dude who said he was going after a gun. I have a properly trained dog, pepper spray, and I can hold my own in a scrape. That being said when a guy comes at you with a gun or multiple people come to attack you, a gun is the great equalizer.

I agree it gets that way some times. I think the same thing everytime someone buys a bigger boat.

I seriously felt helpless this last time. I had my woman, a new guy in training, and an appraiser at the property. The former home owner decided he wanted us off of the property. I then explained that it was no longer his property. The situation then escalated and long story longer dude went and got a gun. We are about to begin reposessing vehicles and I KNOW that will get ugly at times.

I enjoy the action. My mx career is over and chasing women costs me too much money. This business is both profitable and lucrative. It just happens to feed my need for excitement as well.
