WTF are you smoking? Reed's doing pretty good, but he isn't 'kicking everyone's ass' that's for damn sure. What's sickening is how many nut huggers are coming out of the woodworks right now over Reed. It's like 90% of you dipshits have been waiting for Reed to do anything just so you could pop another boner over him. Reed wouldn't even have had the points lead if it wasn't for Dungey's DNF or Villopoto's flu at the beginning of the outdoors. I guarantee you now that Dungey knows he can get the championship back he's going to be alot more aggressive and RV2 is going to be just as tough.

Reed is good, damn good but he has never whooped RD's ass. at Millville RD ran him down from 14 seconds back TWICE.. RD was simply faster and that goes for every race this year. Reed is able to hold him or RV off because he is just fast enough to cover his lines and make those guys ride the mud and loose stuff to try to pass but if either of those two get out front Reed loses by 30+ seconds.. Nobody is on RDs dick but its sickening to hear people say lies like you do. Get to a race and watch, don't listen to that dork weege or fatso they only see whats on the screen and not the race itself. Reed has been doing well. I don't think he is dominant or clearly faster than RD. I think they are pretty similar speed, same with RV, the point standing pretty much show that and cannot be debated. Some tracks suit one rider over another but overall all 3 are pretty close, which is why watching the 450 class has been great. Not a yawner like the days when you would not even watch the race on TV because you already knew RC won before the race had started.

I hope none of them go to KTM 350 and ruin their career. Could you race a 250f in the 450 class and win and maybe take a holeshot or two, sure, but like the 350 it is at a disadvantage and the only reason you win on one is because you are a better rider than the others or have some good luck. Maybe the "Man upstairs" will give RD a heads up not to race KTM and he listens.

No doubt! As i said Reed is damn good, i admire him and feel he is one of the all time greats plus i agree that in the end points are what counts but in bench racing sometimes crashes or mechanicals come up and to say that racing is all black and white? Hmmm can't go along with that. I think that if someone is truly faster and can run people down at will then give em credit but if a rider is ahead in points or wins a championship then give the guy credit also. But for now its only bench racing and that's the fun of following the sport sometimes!Smile

He did Bman, after he almost went over the bars at the end of the 2nd whoop section he fell back 14 seconds and got right back up on his rear fender later. Reed was kicking Dungey's butt before his crash in moto 2? They didn't even finish a single lap before Reed crashed, and when Reed crashed he was about 1 second ahead of Dungey who ended up coming from about 10 seconds down to catch Ryan Villopoto and take the moto win. Being 1 second ahead after a few turns when riders are typically sorting each other out hardly coincides with your above statement. No offense, but you're the one coming off looking uniformed with your statements.

Not to take away from Reed, he is a spectacular rider, but in Dungey's defense, Reed was handed a DNF in both the SX series and the nationals by Dungey. Give those points back to Dungey and Reed would have finished behind Dungey in SX and Dungey would have about a 18 point lead in the nationals. It's easy to deal with what-ifs and dismiss them, but no one seriously thinks that Dungey would not have the points lead had he not DNFed in Texas.

Being 1 second ahead after a few turns when riders are typically sorting each other out hardly coincides with your above statement. Not to take away from Reed, he is a spectacular rider, but in Dungey's defense, Reed was handed a DNF in both the SX series and the nationals by Dungey. Give those points back to Dungey and Reed would have finished behind Dungey in SX and Dungey would have about a 18 point lead in the nationals. Now he survives that crash and is considered the man by everyone?
