I do this for my business, it is really cool technology! If any of you have any ideas, let me know!

Here's an idea - print some money and then send it to me.

We actually had one of these things at my high school (though it didn't print in color). It's pretty amazing and awesome to watch, other than the fact that ours took a few hours to get anything relatively large printed out. I designed my 1954 Chevy Pickup in our CAD program and got to print it out and paint it up. Looks like just a model truck! Pretty sick...

Here's the future now!
RepRap is a free desktop 3D printer capable of printing plastic objects. Since many parts of RepRap are made from plastic and RepRap can print those parts, RepRap is a self-replicating machine - one that anyone can build given time and materials. It also means that - if you've got a RepRap - you can print lots of useful stuff, and you can print another RepRap for a friend...
Make your own 3D printer the RepRap Open Source 3D Printer cost about $700 to build or $1500 complete.
I have been following this on the youtube channel and it future is growing towards have RepRap's in every home where you download the part and print your own.
Pretty awesome.

My first thought was how they could print the wrench with moving parts when some of the moving parts are not exposed to the scanner? But it appears they use some sort of 3d infrared scanner. Really cool.

How much would it cost to make that wrench?

The video was a fail. The printed wrench wasn't the same model they scanned.

I'd print Jennifer Aniston...
