To be one some ones pay roll next year! The kid is simply riding awesome! I think him and Cunningham both need to be on one of the good satellite teams next year for sure!

Sorry for starting a thread outside the normal moto thread.....I just think it was well deserved.

Star racing isn't one of the good teams?

The bike broke because he crashed.

The 11-10 Mods Bike is obviously very close to the others if not equal. All they need is more support. Chad Sanner worked at YOT then FC before going out on his own. He gets it.

im not saying it was anyones fault.
even the factory bikes have problems.

durham rode a practice bike last week. id say his bike might be good, but sub par when compared to a PCkawi.
not to mention the comfort of a semi has to help.

What I meant was , I'm not sure what kind of money DD is making now , but to be able to get on a team which takes care of everything like Geico or PC.....is where I hope he ends up going. Don't get me wrong......his bike looks to be fast as hell.....just hope he can make some more money next year compared to what he's making now. More support is what I was referring to.

Not really sure Kevin......I'm hoping it came off "After" the wreck. That would be a scary thing happen.....have the front brake caliper fall off "while" you were racing.....sheeesh! Stuff to give you nightmares. Especially at those speeds.

DD raced his practice FRAME NOT his practice BIKE, it had a fresh race motor and race susp. There is a interview of him out there and he says they swaped everything off of the race bike cause he liked the old chassis better due to it not being as stiff. Google "aluminum fatigue" Wink I would say from the result he had last week that was a good decision on the teams part.

It gets me livid to hear people talk down on such a team from there desk... they bust there a$$ and are doing such an amazing job with what they have! FYI Chad got up at 3:30am today to drive 4 hrs from PA to the race as he was busy porting heads and building customers engines till the weee hours of the morning.

FYI I just got the txt from Chad with a pic and the lower fork leg BROKE!! As it was explained to me they think the front brake is too good and caused the part to give up! Some teams with semis run oem brakes... they spend the little $$ they have on good parts but looks like it got them in this case :/

when did i talk down on them? if i was in the market to get a bitchin motor built right now, id ship her to eleven10.
but you still cant compare them to a team like PC kawi.
its not all about motor.
and its not all about the bike or rider.

Could have hit a rock or dragged it through a corner and fractured the lug...

That would be my best guess.

Or - it's an old set of forks and it just fatigued and failed.

Bummer for certain

Durham just needs to be able to fly to the races instead of driving 10+ hours to and from each round. The guy drives during the week and then comes to the track and races. How good would he be if he tested and everything like the factory guys?

Some shit luck, but holy crap is he hauling ass this year outdoors!

Nice to see someone unexpected mixing it up with the usual PC/FC teams.

He needs resources. Test tracks, tires, extra parts, etc. His equipment is on par but he needs the resources like these other teams have.

I would like to see Honda step up and help DD and ten eleven mods as a team instead of him going to a new team all together. It was awsome to see them this weekend working out of a box van that looked like it was painted flat black with a spray can from wallmart and kicking ass.
I think they will continue to get better every week and will get a win before the end of the year.

Chad sanner is a piece of shit. Darryn isn't getting paid by the guy Chad doesn't have any money he can barely get to the races. I hope darryn can land a ride next year and be done with the guy the only thinging holding him back is eleven10. I'm shocked to be 4 races in and they only have blown up both motors at freestone. Better than a couple every weekend like last year
