My membership access code says it is invalid and I can't find anywhere to download anything.

Cool, the Store is definately up, but i would say Alive's DLC will be updated on the store in Sony's upcoming store updates, either friday or next week.

Sony did say that when the store is up, they will update it twice a week to catch up with DLC that was supposed to be released.
