Embossed Buttpatches, where to find?

Edited Date/Time 1/26/2012 11:19pm
I'm looking for a place that makes the REAL buttpatches... not the printed vinyl kind, but the embossed version that are top notch.

FOr example, the Honda patches down the back of my No Fear pants that were sent to me when I rode, the patches aren't flat, but they are contoured.

I'm pretty sure they have some place in China make them.

I looked at gobigmx buttpatches, but those are leatherish cutout and sewn together...

I guess I answered my own question while searching...

I've personally used Go Big MX and they're top quality. Hand sewn and cut. Look almost too good to get dirty.....almost.

Great folks and they race also. The kind of business we want to support.

Factories in China will have to make a mold (about $300) and then do a production run, they usually have a minimum to order.
If you need only a couple it might turn out as a very expensive and long project.

Agreed. Plus there son Dillon Alexander is racing outdoors this year so I'm sure most of the proceeds go towards his racing so always good to support them.

There were a few places that have manufacturing in extreme So Cal and Extreme northern Mexico for doing smaller quantities. The plastic is slightly different than the offshore stuff due to the EPA regs. This is the only one I could remember without digging through old invoices. Ever wonder how they seperate the colors? It's a pretty funny story, I'm not going to tell anyone but it's amusing.

Wasn't one of the WMA racers making butt patches?
