MX VS ATV is really bad.

Very Cheap rush job.
Elbows and back are very bad. You feel like you are goon riding not ripping.
Short course is flat out tacky. Figure eight tracks WOW.
Very hard to crash no skill required.
No career mode.
Have to reach level 10 before unlocking more tracks but winning on every unlocked track will not give you level 10 so you have to repeat the same track.
They seem to make a big deal about bike customization. Great I just unlocked the blue graphics.
This is the worst Moto game I have ever played.
Reflex is way better.
The RonRon Iphone game is way better than this game. Atleast they have flowing SX tracks.

You guys are going to be so dissapointed.

The price is cheaper than any other 360 game for a reason.

I have had to turn it off it is that bad.

Probably better to buy a hard copy for this one so I can trade. Doesn't sound good.

It would be available for shipping to be released on the 10th.

It sounds pretty typical, same ol' hyped up bullshit and the product gets cheaper and cheaper.

And no career mode? Wow...just wow. How's the online?

I will stab somebody if this game doesn't have a career mode or even a series mode

I thought it might be me, so I gave it another try 30 minutes and I was done.
There are so many things wrong with it I dont know where to begin.
Warning you will waste your money and feel ripped off.
I put reflex back in and OMG reflex is 400 times better in every respect. Graphics, rider positioning, SX Tracks etc etc.

This is like a really bad ps2 game.

The game is so weak and content lacking it would probably fit on a 700mb cd.

Dude get a life
http://www.vitalmx.com/forums/Motodrive/Hall-of-Torrents,24

There is a whole section on here with illegal torrents. If any thing the feds will be knocking on Vitals door not mine.

At any time all the feds have to do is go to piratebay and get the IP's of people downloading.

I also just bought this game....its terriable, I almost want to bring it back. Maybe i just need to play it a little bit more? the controls are a bit different. Clutch and brake are on left side (L2, L1) i dont think there is a career mode? If there is i cant find it lol. Reminds me of playing the game mtx mototrax. (which at this point i would rather play) Curious to see what others have to say that bought the game. maybe it just sucks becuase all i can ride now is a 125?

the stock 125 is slow and hard to handle.

I'm tired of grinding the same tracks over and over. GT5 burnt me out on that. I'll admit it is getting better as my level goes up. The bike is much better. I'm level 5 now. But I'm getting bored with these two nationals. And no Stewart compound yet sucks.

It would be better if they unlocked 1 track at level 3 one at level 5 etc.
Rather than a whole heap at level 10.
Same deal with level 25.

It is a bit of a worry if you feel like you are grinding the first day you get the game. I felt the same way.

The game does get slightly better after a many hours of playing it but it is not a transformation.

I had to join just so I could post on this topic. After waiting months, and building excitement along the way, I'm completely disappointed with this game. The physics are like that old PS2 Freekstyle game. I hope it gets better because right now I'm ready to take it back.

Cons: physics (these are just bad bad bad), stupid fist pumps and yells during the game, rider position, locked tracks, no 'restart' when you complete a race so you have to reload each time.

Pros: the girls look better, the 125 sounds real

Just noticed that in the gate, the rider doesn't even work the throttle. Pin it, and the guy's right hand never moves. And when you jump, it's like the bike goes up, pauses, then drops straight down. I'm trying real hard to like the game, but they didn't give me much to work with.

250f fully modded is the best bike in the game.

i love how well it accelerates and turns. also, it seems to get less squirrely when you're trying to manual or wheelie through a section

hey juice, there is a restart after a race and you keep earning XP if you keep restarting. so that's a null argument.

hit Y (xbox) instead of A after the race. Triangle instead of X (ps3).

I just bought the game today, not too impressed, the rider rides like a goon,i hope he improves when you get to a higher level, and i cant download anything yet??different bikes, SX pack?. tried but it says it wont work yet.The Stewart compound is cool though.I think they should have just added more tracks, via DLC to reflex.I hope Alive grows on me!!!!!

Really bad decision by Rainbow if thats the case. When people play a new game for first 30-60 mins they want it to feel really cool and keep on playing, but if everyone is first stuck with this 125 that is hard to handle then a lot of people won't even bother with it much more or take it back. If this was a full on simulation like iRacing or something then fair enough, but even then it would turn people away (especially people who just want instant action)

atleast provide us with cheats to get up levels quicker, If they wanted us to work for something and be rewarded they should of added a championship or series mode

Thanks. That's one less thing to not like, but oh, there are so many others. I got up to level 7 before stopping last night. Three more levels to go before I can stop racing the same couple tracks.

Has anyone been able to get the Steward compound on Xbox 360? Mine 'downloaded', but then I got a message saying some content isn't available, and they are working with Microsoft to fix it.

the point is not the bike/power/handling problem...

the problem is the physics are so bad, it looks like my guy is 6 ft 7 in riding on a 125cc bike...elbows down and absolutely no 'reflex' effect like the last game...

the series is dead unless they go back to reflex physics and fix the minor bugs...

My bike doesn't want to turn at times. One thing that feels real is the weight of the 4 strokes. They push like freight trains in the turns.

Remember when Reflex came out, and they made a big deal about the practice area where you could ride around while the race loads? Wonder why they took that away with Alive? I need to try an online race to see what you get to do while you wait for a session to start.

I'm level 19 now with a modded 250f. The bike is faster and more fun than the 125, but it's still not fun. I'm waiting until I unlock everything before taking it back. I just feel like I'm playing to unlock stuff, and not enjoying the racing.

Don't get me wrong, there are a few things that I like about the game (and would love on Reflex), but I just can't get past the physics.

funny thing is after a couple weeks everyone was complaining that it was always the loading area and it was getting boring, or that it sucked, etc.

they can't please everyone.

now, while waiting for players to join and the race to start (which is much smoother by the way) you get to freeride the next track that you will race. this means you always have a different area to ride while online, and you can also ride the tracks backwards which is fun.

also, the level 25 tracks are when the game shines imo.
