As expansive as it is, it's hard to fit the whole Unadilla facility in one shot...and stay in the FAA-mandated 400' max altitude for drones. The Unadilla crew did several days work to screen out rocks before the race, but a rainstorm the Wednesday before forced them to rip deep to get to dry soil. Then some bad weather forecasts thinned the attendance. It's tough being a promoter.
