I want to be able to attach SKF Fork Mudscrapers, but the RM125's front fork is lacking the metal c-clip (wear ring) which is used when mounting the SKF Mudscrapers.
I will provide a picture of the default RM125 fork design, which uses a bolt-on plastic guide for the fork guard, and doesn't protect the lower fork tube from wear.
I will also provide a picture of the newer style fork design (2007 RMZ250) with the wear ring (c-clip) that is necessary to mount the SKF fork protector.
My hope would be to purchase some compatible front forks with the RM125, and swap out the fork lugs, allowing use of the RM125 wheels, without need for special parts.
I'm worried the forks might not be the correct length, or unable to be valved correctly for the RM125.
