145 main, 45 pilot, NCVU Needle, 2 position, 2.5 turns out on screw

The original jetting was

170 main, 48 pilot, JD jetting red needle, 4th position, but regardless of either jetting settings the bike runs the same and won’t take any throttle, will take a little throttle when I close the screw in but still not ride able an will not rev out

sounds like maybe you have a blocked pilot circuit with it starting and ticking over bud? does it squirt from the nozzle? i just checked and your 11 metre above sea level which the stock settings for the 2006 crf450x from zero to 1500 metre is 142 main. 45 pilot, ncvu needle, 2nd clip from top on needle, 8mm float level and 1 and quarter out on screw, good luck in finding your issue

check timing of the squirt to opening throttle, have had issue w mid body kits not allowing for proper seal after putting back together but you said it idles fine.

Maybe a long shot but check the brass 90 the fuel line connects too. Had an 06 450x that would run fine until it needed more fuel at 50% + throttle. Rebuilt the carb multiple times, changed jetting, looked for electrical problems, ect. Finally figured out that the fuel line connector 90 can actually come off and it was super clogged up limiting the fuel.

Thanks everybody for the replies, I figured out this issue it was a bad TPS sensor on the carb 👍🏻
