Looking at Mxa’s press release on star Yamahas lineup I noticed Cooper and Ferrandis still running neken triple clamps with Eli running Xtrig. I’ve never seen such a high caliber team openly run separate brands. I thought the entire team had switched over to xtrig. How do they work this out?

Eli does what Eli wants. Pretty sure that’s the whole reason he moved to Star.

Looking at Mxa’s press release on star Yamahas lineup I noticed Cooper and Ferrandis still running neken triple clamps with Eli running Xtrig. I’ve never seen such a high caliber team openly run separate brands. I thought the entire team had switched over to xtrig. How do they work this out? 

They "work it out" by not having a clamp company pay them to have an exclusive contract and they give the riders what they need to be their best.  Honda went back and forth with clamps last year with Ken and Chase and they were not always on the same ones.
