You can have them made. The artwork is where the cost comes in but the printing is pretty cheap. Pool in with some boys and make it happen.

I dont know your location therefore cant recommend any one that specializes in what you are looking for. A Google search will help.

Iron on does not hold up. You need commercial grade equipment to do the job if you want it to last.

I've seen them offered by UFO in their catalog, but I have not been able to find them for sale on their website.  You also need a heavy duty sewing machine to sew them on so they will stay on. A cobbler or upholstery shop , some sign shops may also have a  HD sewing machine for sewing banners but its not as common anymore.   The ones UFO offers look like nice quality. some graphics shops can make vinyl logos that can be sewn on too. We have made them in the past , but until we are able to sew them on ourselves we stopped offering them. People would try and glue them on , or sew with a regular machine , etc. and they would end up falling off. Then the customer would complain , it wasn't worth doing when so many people would not follow the directions for proper install. I imagine that is why its harder to find a place to buy them . We did have customers who had them installed the right way and they worked out great for them. But there were just too many people that did not have them put on the right way that we paused offering them. We were doing butt patches , but it's a similar process.

There was someone over on mxlocker that used to sell them I believe. And he is asking about the pants patches, not iron ons for jerseys from what I read. But I had some years ago and you need to have a seamstress or someone sew them on normally as they are so thick.
