FMF 4.1 ?

So I picked upped this slip on on eBay which is supposed to fit 19 -22 350 which it does not . I noticed it doesn't have a part # but it does say "property of FMF not for sale" . Anyone know what that means ? I'm thinking it's a factory pipe maybe

Probably the same damn pipe it had the same wear marks on the inside  , luckily I only paid $180 for it . His listing said no returns but listed the models it fit so I might have a case to stop PayPal payment . Thanks
