Can someone confirm if the outer shell for the tech 10 size 13/14 is the same just with a different inner bootie? Or is the entire boot a different size?
97% sure that is the case.

"9 and 10 share a shell, 11 and 12 share, then 13 and 14 share a shell."
Similar to XS and Small Helmet, Md and LG, XL and 2X.
Helmets are a little different assuming you're talking SM10 or SM8. XS and SM share a shell and XL and XXL share a shell. All others are a unique shell.
You're not wrong! I meant it as a generalization, should've clarified.

As stated above, 9&10, 11&12, 13&14 are shared outer boot sizes.
This might not be a great suggestion but here’s my $.02. My typical shoe size is an 11. I use to wear size 11 tech 10’s until a herd a few pros run a size small to use the smaller outer boot. I have switched down to a size 10 from an 11 and it’s a noticeable difference between boot size and weight. Better feel, less bulky, catch my feet less, etc., and I don’t get any issues with foot cramps, hot spots, etc.. If your only a size 13, try the size 12 on if your able to, might be a noticeable difference for you.
