So, I was moving things from one place to another, in no general order as I always do, when I ran across this little jewel. .
Congratulations Suzuki on 66 years!!!
I remember my first experience with a Suzuki, it was a dual sport trail bike with. Low, low if you clicked back.had a rocker type shifter . A different range if you will.
At least that's what I remember.. anyways it was always mint. My uncle took it inside the basement through the glass doors after he meticulously washed AND dried it. .It Leaked oil on the floor, unknown if it was a seal or what but I'm sure it wasn't chain lube, he didn't believe in oiling things that will just get dirty ..
His nephew had a Penton. . . .you young pups don't know what that is . But it was badass to a 10ish year old. Lol
He bitched because he was as OCD as I am addhd....lol.
Second experience with Suzuki....1998.
Was a damn good bike ...I was a shit rider. Broke my knee the first time on Easter Sunday 1998. . I know the Lord was telling me something but he had to keep telling me before I understood.. . .I'm sure you all can understand...
Twas bad. 2.5 hours home or surgery in the boondocks . I chose former...was in the backseat of a brand knew firebird 🐦🔥..yes, backseat... passenger would get sick in the backseat.. lol..can't make it up.
There is more to that tale, it ensues about 16 weeks . Lolol.
Anyways....it was a great bike, we said if you want a hondas handling that year, buy a Suzuki....A kid named Jeremy had a little input into it .
Yes, I've had 2 beers. Thought I'd share this ramble, sure is funny now, not so much then..
